Always use fresh solution prior to soaking and storing lenses

Inserting your Lenses
Check to ensure that your lens is not inside out.
Wash your hands thoroughly.
Remove the soft lens from the case with a tweezer or tip of the index finger.
Rinse the lens thoroughly with saline or rinsing solution.
Hold the upper eye lid firmly from above with one finger of your left hand.
The eye is now open wide with iris exposed.
Place the lens carefully on the middle of the eye, holding the lower eye lid down with the middle finger of the right hand.
Slowly release upper eye lid and gently close your eye.
Lens should centre automatically after one or two blinks.

Removing your lenses
Wash your hands thoroughly.
Look into the mirror and make sure lens is centred on the cornea.
Pull down the lower eye lid with your middle finger.
Using the index finger of the same hand move the lens gently towards the white of the eye.
Pinch lens gently using the thumb and index finger.
If lens cannot be removed, apply a few drops of lubricating solution and repeat the above procedures.
Always keep hands dry before removing the lenses.

Chemical Disinfecting
Use the solutions recommended by your eye care practitioner.
Observe the instructions written on packaging or bottle.
Do not attempt to change solutions unless under your practitioner's advice.
If you experience any itching, redness, irritation or pain after using the recommended solution, consult your eye practitioner immediatly for advice.
